Back-To-Basics
Midland Care Connection Marketing Plan
Marketing Plan + Branding + Advertising
We were asked by Midland Care Connection to help them with their marketing plan. After taking a look at their efforts it was clear they were struggling with identifying who they were and what they wanted to be. The journey with them was amazing, it takes very special people to assist families facing the death of a loved one.

End of Life Care
Hospice care is a supportive health care option, meeting end-of-life needs, for those who are facing a life-limiting illness.
It was clear that the organization saw itself as separate silos of medical care. Each had their own medical mission and challenges.
We recommended Midland think about the target market’s real needs and offer services as solutions to their pain points… to shift focus back on the customer rather than focusing on their problem. When we asked them how they wanted people to feel when they engaged Midland Care the separate groups found their way back to being on the same page. We asked them to drop “Connection” from Midland Care Connection as a reminder to focus on Care.
Are we selling the building and expertise with tax issues? Is it the transportation and medicines or is it the hug after a difficult day? Maybe just careful listening as a person is trying to come to grips with loss. The answer is contains both but neither of these is the answer, so what is the answer?
You’re overwhelmed with caring for your father. Leaving work three times a day to change his wound dressing is stressing you out and annoying your boss. Your housework is piling up and your family is fighting off the temptation to resent Grandpa. I’m here to help. I have different levels of care to offer Grandpa a smooth transition from former independence to supportive, dignified assistance. Bring Grandpa to visit me while you’re at work, for the weekend while you’re on vacation or for long-term care. And when he’s in crisis, my hospice services will be there to meet your emotional and his physical and spiritual needs every step of the way. Please don’t feel guilty for relying on me. It’s what I do
I care.
