For a variety of reasons, attending the ballet can be seen as stuffy and boring. In an effort to breathe life into the Greenville Ballet, they hired a new Director that brought in some amazingly talented dancers.

Developing the Message

It felt that the Greenville Ballet was committed to a season of excitement and entertainment. We needed to find a way to communicate this to the community in a way that seemed both new and approachable. Our initial ideas about moving forms evolved into “art that moves”. We coupled this with some amazing photography and we were ready to get the word out.

Direct Mail Postcards

For the season performances a set of postcards were developed.
We lobbied to include any individuals that had purchased any kind of event ticket.

Local Paid Space Advertising

We ran performance ads in local city magazines as well as the local newspapers. These ads did a fantastic job getting people on a mailing list about upcoming performances.
